Should I approach you only after I get my keys?

As a general rule, planning and designing should start comfortably 3 months or earlier before key collection to allow for tweaking of design, discussion and material selection to reach a final confirmation.  When key collection is reached, immediate defect checking and work can commence. Can Homeowners do renovation themselves?

Interior renovation is a tedious, stressful and time consuming process.
Without professional knowledge, it can result in permanent mistakes
which can be costly to rectify and also may burst your initial budget.

How do I decide on my budget ?

Be realistic about how much you can afford. Besides renovation
work, you probably will need other important items like fridge,
washing machine, aircon, lighting, TV, sofa, mattress and etc.  Professional interior designers will be able to better advise on how to work round your budget.

How long does it take to complete renovation?

Duration of the works greatly depend on the amount of work and
complexity of work to be done. As a general rule, about 6 to 8
weeks. A complex project can go up to 8 to 12 weeks. For instance,
