At the initial stage, Jason took the initiative to discuss the renovation details and prepared the quotation over the phone, saving me a trip down to his showroom. Had a great experience working with Aaron for my renovation. Although it was perhaps not a very big house/contract as compared to others, Aaron still took care of it with dedication. He is always very responsive, timely and stayed on top of all the details and kept us updated at every step, which has reduced so much of the renovation stress for us. This was the biggest factor in choosing him as our ID - even right at the beginning he keeps to his timeline with answering queries and quotations, we never needed to chase for updates.
